Reviews continued...

I have been practising different styles of yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga) since years. All of the styles are more physical than Kundalini yoga, which at the moment suits me the best. The physical aspect in Kundalini yoga is different from other styles of yoga nevertheless covers what others styles do, too. What is the most beautiful in Kundalini for me, is the additional aspect of breathing (breath of fire in combination in certain postures might be very challenging) chanting and meditation, which is usually lacking in a usual session of other styles. I feel that these all build up the spirituality aspect - what I love in here the most. After the session, I always feel rejuvenated and energised and with positive thoughts. Sat Dharam is an experienced teacher with such a positive attitude and abilities to explain details of what we are doing during our classes. I would recommend her sessions for everyone who would like to start with Kundalini or bring your practice to the next level.
