In a world of constant change, I help you find ways to become resilient, calm and focused; showing the tools to control what's inside in each of us.

Kundalini Yoga is for those who face day to day challenges. It is particularly effective in achieving change, transformation and realization.


In my classes, by using Kundalini Yoga techniques I assist you to find your full potential and to help you live much fuller life. I create a safe space where you can connect with your inner self, observe your discomforts and focus on your strengths. Our aim is to release and rise above our negative thoughts and emotions and tap into our TRUE self. Once we accomplish this state, you can get through the daily challenges with a different level of understanding.

Hi there, it’s nice to see you here!

I am Sat Dharam Kaur aka Zeynep. I am an KRI Level 2 (500-hours) Kundalini Yoga teacher and a reiki healer. I've started my yoga practice in 2003 I've been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2007. I have been teaching yoga, meditation and holding the space for healing since 2016.  

I am also a graphic designer and photographer.  Basically, someone loves to teach, share and create. You can find out more about me and Izaran here.
